This year marks a major milestone for JTFalcon Ltd — 10 years in business.
Since 2016, we have built our experience through the installation of rainscreen cladding and façade systems on projects across the UK.
Throughout this journey, Eden Facades has been our main long-term partner, and we are proud that our cooperation has continued from the early days of JTFalcon right through to today.
Together, we have worked on numerous projects across residential, healthcare, leisure, education and commercial developments, building a strong working relationship based on trust, teamwork and reliable delivery.

JTFalcon Ltd is a specialist cladding and façade installation contractor based in Harlow, Essex.
Established in 2016 following many years of hands-on experience within the cladding industry, we have built our business around one core specialism — the professional installation of external façade and cladding systems.
We work on residential, commercial, healthcare, education, leisure and specialist construction projects, supporting façade contractors, main contractors and project teams with experienced labour, practical site management and high-quality installation.

Our responsibility is to professionally install the systems, materials and components specified for the project in accordance with the information provided by the client, façade contractor, manufacturers and project design team.

Since the formation of JTFalcon Ltd in 2016, our teams have delivered specialist cladding and façade installation works across a wide range of construction sectors throughout the UK.
Our experience covers residential developments, healthcare facilities, schools, hotels, leisure centres, commercial buildings and specialist construction projects.
We work as a specialist installation contractor, supporting façade contractors and main contractors with experienced site teams, practical knowledge and a strong understanding of modern rainscreen and external envelope systems.
Our role is focused on installation. We do not provide façade design or system specification. We install in accordance with project-issued drawings, approved details, manufacturer requirements and site-specific instructions.
Our teams are experienced in both first-fix and final-fix façade installation, allowing us to support projects from the early stages of the cladding package through to the final finishing details.
A successful façade installation starts long before the final panels are fitted.
Our work can begin with the installation of brackets, rails, secondary framing, insulation and cavity barriers before progressing to the final external cladding and finishing elements.
